Travelling to boutique roasters was a bit of a hassle and coffee from the supermarket was expensive and not quite up to scratch. So Coffee Hit was born.

Travelling to boutique roasters meant we got the coffee beans we wanted, but actually getting there never seemed to happen. Buying coffee beans at the supermarket was expensive and the coffee wasn't always at its best, what happened to the days of grinding it fresh for yourself? 

We thought it was time to use the power of the internet, the old killing 2 birds with 1 stone trick! We talked to a friend of ours who happens to be an award winning master roaster (no, we are not telling you who) and explained the coffee hit concept. He got so excited he left his old job and came to us. 

We bought him the bean roaster of his dreams and asked him to create some master pieces. and the rest, as they say in the classics, is history.
